We offer a 90-day money back guarantee from the date of Purchase on all regular orders and continuity shipments subject to the following terms and conditions.
Initial date of purchase
The initial date of purchase is the date you ordered the product.
Original purchase price
Is the amount you paid for the product(s) less shipping and taxes at the time of your order.
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
Return authorization number is referred to as a “RMA”. This is a tracking number provided to you by our customer service department and is used to identify products being returned to our fulfillment house for a refund or credit. All customers must call the customer service phone number to obtain the RMA before returning product.
If a shipping fee was charged with your order, the amount you paid for shipping stands but your full original purchase price will be refunded. If shipping was free then you receive a full refund of the original purchase price.
Refund time frame
Products returned within 90 days of your order date may receive a full refund less shipping and taxes.
How to get a refund
1. Call the customer service department to request an RMA (Return Authorization Number).
2. Put the product(s) to be returned in a shipping box, write the RMA on the inside and the outside of the shipping box.
3. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us.
We strongly suggest that you use a shipping company that can provide a tracking number so you can be assured that your shipment is delivered to our fulfillment center.
Products returned without an RMA
Products returned within ninety (90) days of the initial date of purchase without an RMA are still eligible for a refund. However, it may be more difficult for customer service to locate your order and contact information. If you do not get a refund, please call customer service to resolve the problem.
Orders refused at delivery
Orders refused at delivery, and subsequently returned to our fulfillment facility unopened are eligible for a refund. It is advised that the customer calls to get an RMA so proper credit can be issued. The customer is entitled to the full refund of the product price but not the shipping and handling.
Processing of refunds
Refunds are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. Normally refunds are processed within five (5) business days. They may or may not appear on your next billing statement depending on when you get your bill.
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at our discretion, or against any customer we believe is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on our Web site.
